Quality: Important Objective
M.E.S. was one of the first service companies to adopt a Quality Management System; it firmly believes that obtaining high quality standards is the best external image that the company can give to its potential customers or acquired customers. M.E.S. in addition to the UNI EN ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System, it operates in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards, adopting a system of validated procedures.
We take care about qualifying our suppliers personally, especially if requested by our customers; we also assess his full satisfaction handling directly any complaints or non-conformities of projects.
Safety and Environment: Fundamental Rule
M.E.S. is aware that safety in the workplace and respect for the environment are fundamental to safeguarding the physical safety of workers and customers. In line with current legislation on workplace safety, the company has developed an integrated Quality, Safety and Environment UNI EN ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 – UNI EN ISO 14001 system.
All M.E.S. employees are constantly updated with regard to safety and environment procedures. In addition to a “passive” control system obtained through training and information of the worker, the company managers of safety and environment “actively” control the compliance with the regulations through inspections in the work areas. The company’s objective is to eliminate possible causes of accidents or errors that could compromise the safety of the people and the plant operations.
